Privacy statement

Short and clear: this is what happens to your data on flirteonline.com and with the Flirte Online newsletter.

1. Controller

The controller as defined by the GDPR:

Imprint: Light House Traffic Inc.

2. Newsletter

What we store when you join:

What for: we use this data to send you Flirte Online tips and partner offers matching your topics.
Legal basis: you consented – Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Double opt-in: right after joining you receive an e-mail with a confirmation link. No click, no newsletter – that protects you if someone else entered your address.

Who sends it: Light House Traffic Inc. sends the letter and is responsible for the recipient database. The underlying servers and mail technology are operated for us by technical service providers, with whom we have concluded a contract under Art. 28 GDPR.

Deletion: as long as you are subscribed, your data stays. When you unsubscribe, it is deleted; we keep only the consent proof, locked away, in case we have to show that you agreed.

Opting out: use the unsubscribe link in any e-mail, or contact us via the controller above. Anything done before you opted out stays lawful.

3. Log files

Our web server saves standard access logs with IP address, time, page and browser. We need them to keep the site secure (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). No cookies, no analytics, no social media plug-ins.

4. Your rights at a glance

Access (Art. 15), correction (Art. 16), deletion (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), portability (Art. 20), objection (Art. 21) – all under the GDPR. Not happy with how we handle your data? Talk to a data protection authority.
